NEW Pathways is grateful for your support and your purchases. You may return any item for refund within 30 days of the shipping date if you are not satisfied with your order for any reason. It is not necessary to use the original packing materials. Shipping costs of the original item are not refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Exchanges are not possible due to the unique, handcrafted nature of each item.

Please send the item to the address below with a note describing the reason for your return, and where you purchased the item (online or in person). NEW Pathways will send you a check for the full purchase price of the returned item, so please include your full postal mailing address along with your note.
