Annual Campaign early 2020

Dear Friends of NEW Pathways,
NEW Pathways is having a mighty impact on the lives of women and their families living in poverty. Hundreds of participants have launched their businesses and are realizing their dreams of a better future. With your support, we are expanding our program in the Philippines to serve women and their families living in impoverished communities. Gifts of any size are welcome! Please help us reach our annual campaign goal of $100,000.

Your gift will make life-changing impacts possible! Suggested giving levels for your unrestricted donation, and examples of how your donation could be utilized are provided below.
Homesteader Level
$225.00

Because of your support, a woman will graduate from our Learning to Livelihood Program (L2L) with all the technical and business skills she needs for a successful business start-up.
Explorer Level
$500.00

Be recognized as a Founder of our Livestock Integrated Food Enterprise (LIFE) Program on Camiguin Island, Mindanao, where 63% of families live in poverty. This innovative program for small farmers insures higher profitability over traditional methods due to enriched inputs, “green” technologies including hydroponics, and production of vegetables and poultry with high market demand.
Trailblazer
$1,000.00

Provide support for our LIFE Farm to Market participants with a business model aimed to increase pre-harvest sales contracts and direct sales to urban areas. On Negros Island this will be accomplished through the Kadiwa Marketing project in partnership with the Negros Occidental provincial government.
Pathway Leader
$5,000.00

Help us reduce iron deficiency anemia in the Philippines through a joint project with the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. With your help, we’ll open a micro-processing facility for production of iron-fortified coconut vinegar, a popular condiment for cooking and as a dipping sauce, even among the poor. Local women will receive training to be the owners of the micro-business.

Our participants are joyful and motivated to apply their new skills with confidence, building successful businesses ranging from luxury fashion, macramé and table-top loom weaving, to sewing, baking, and small-scale farming.

We promise to allocate your gift wisely for maximum benefit on behalf of deserving women and their families in the Philippines. NEW Pathways is exempt from U.S. federal income taxes under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Your donations are tax-deductible under U.S. tax regulations.
